UPS, USPS and FedEx rates are available in real time. Daddymugs.com generally fills and ships merchandise via UPS & FedEx within 1-4 business days and USPS (Postal Service) within 4-6 business days. Orders going outside the continental US have a handling time of up to six days. UPS and FedEx orders take 1-5 days in transit when using UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. FedEx Express Saver is the same service level as UPS 3 Day Select (3 Day Guaranteed time in transit) If you are a business and we are shipping to a commercial address the best rate is UPS. FedEx Home delivery can not ship to a commercial address. Customers with a commercial address should select UPS or USPS. USPS (POSTAL SERVICE) SHIPPING TIME IN TRANSIT IS ON AVERAGE 2-10 BUSINESS DAYS BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED! USPS HAS BEEN KNOWN TO TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS IN TRANSIT DURING PEAK SHIPPING PERIODS AND UP TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS VIA MEDIA MAIL. IF YOU WANT THE ABILITY TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE WITH PEACE OF MIND, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAYING THE FEW EXTRA CENTS PER PIECE FOR FEDEX OR UPS GROUND SERVICE. USPS DOES NOT OFFER TRACKING. WE CAN ONLY VERIFY DELIVERY OF USPS SHIPPED PARCELS THROUGH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AFTER DELIVERY BY YOUR POSTAL CARRIER.

If we encounter a problem with your order and can not ship within the respected 1-6 business days we will contact you immediately. In the event an item(s) you order becomes out of stock at any of our facilities, you agree to wait up to 3 weeks for us to fill and ship the order, as production and logistics of us receiving the out of stock items are beyond our control. If we are unable to ship any portion of your order within 3 weeks we agree to refund that portion of your order. FedEx and UPS orders are shipped insured against loss or damage, USPS shipments are not. If proof of delivery is provided by any carrier it can not be deemed as lost or stolen (theft of driver released parcels, etc.) To save our customer's on shipping charges we allow our parcels to be released without signature. For example, UPS adds $4.95 to the freight charges per box if we were to require a signature. By ordering on our site you agree that if we can provide proof through the UPS, USPS or FedEx website that your parcels were delivered, then you accept this as proof of delivery of your product and acknowledge you are not requiring us to have you sign for your order, hence you will not charge back the order to us through your credit card company if we can show proof of delivery without signature via the specified carrier's website.If you require your delivery to be signed for please indicate this in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout. We will bill you the additional charges for a signature requirement via a secure PayPal invoice to your email. You do not need a PayPal account to pay this type of invoice, any Discover Card, Visa Debit/Credit Card or Master Card Debit/Credit card will work.

We copy and paste the shipping information you provided at the time of the order. We are not liable for products that are undeliverable due to incorrect address entry on your part. If a parcel is undeliverable and is returned to us, you must pay the return shipping and the cost to reship it again, or pay a 25% restocking fee. All customers (International and Domestic) assume all liability of the order once your parcel(s) are delivered to the carrier.
